Steelies look pretty decent in silver. And are also the easiest to balance and mount if your a tech.

Just don't get the "fake chrome" paint. Just a plain greyish silver will look fine.

They came from Subaru. But as @Forgetful mentioned, they're 17s, which is likely why they have so much presence.
